RAM Series

RAM^TM (Reliability, Availability and Maintainability) rotary blowers are heavy-duty units designed with integral-shaft ductile iron impellers, alloy steel timing gears, cylindrical roller bearings, piston ring air seals, lip-type, hydrodynamic oil seals, and splash oil lubrication.

RAM^TM units are available in 4”- 6” gear diameters as standard units or with the following options¹:

J designation for Whispair^TM cylinder design
- Reduces backflow pressure pulsations to achieve quieter operation, reduced vibrations, and improved bearing life.
GJ designation for Whispair^TM design in addition to the use of Viton^TM O-rings
- Viton^TM O-rings provide increased resistance to oils, fuels, lubricants and mineral acids common in industrial gas service applications
